Camera on? Camera off? Who are these people?
I got on about 30 minutes early because obviously I was nervous.
There were already people on the call and immediately my brain started going: Who are these people? Is that his lawyer? Am I supposed to turn my camera on? Are they looking at me?
Maybe I was getting in my own head, but I just left my camera off.
And honestly, don’t feel pressured to turn yours on just because other people are there. If they need you on camera, they’ll tell you.
That’s exactly what happened with us. They eventually told everyone we didn’t need our cameras on while we were waiting and they’d let us know when it was time.
Until then? Camera off. One less thing to stress about. 😂
